Due to the high inflation, the high fluctuation of the exchange rate, the banks’ loan policy with high interest rate recently, the economic of Vietnam in general and the shipbuilding industry have been badly affected. Responding the call of the Prime Mister and the Chairman of Vinashin Business Group for the tasks to overcome the difficulties, Sejinvina’s B.O.M and staffs with the high determination united together to pass the difficult period.

Sejinvina has made the business plan in 2008 to expand the export to other countries by the establishment of agents in Indonexia, Malaysia, Singapore  and started exporting to several countries in Asia and Europe. In June 2008 Sejinvina signed a contract to provide wall and ceiling panels, fire retarding doors and wet cabins for SS6 oil drilling through TECKWELL SHINEC- Sejinvina’s agent in Singapore with the total amount 540,000 US$, the first shipment is more than 200,000 USD. Both Sides have come into business agreement and continue to sign the following contracts with higher amount.
